Universal Orlando Resort is adding some more fun to its CityWalk entertainment district. Movie-themed miniature golf courses will be incorporated into CityWalk, aptly titled Hollywood Drive-In Golf. There will be two 18-hole courses. Construction starts this summer and is expected to be completed by early next year.

The courses will be located below the first level of CityWalk, next to the AMC Cineplex. It will also be visible from the walkway that connects CityWalk and the Universal Orlando parking garage.

Universal is planning to theme the course after 1950s horror and science fiction movies. The two individual courses will be titled “The Haunting of Ghostly Green” and “Invaders from Planet Putt,” and feature elements like a flying saucer, a graveyard, and the basement of a haunted house.
